SBF–MICCI Networking Dinner

The Sarawak Business Federation (SBF) hosted a networking dinner with the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MICCI) at the Riverside Majestic Hotel Kuching on 13 May 2026. Representatives from SCCI were among the participants, joining business leaders from both organisations for an evening of engagement and networking in a cordial setting.

The MICCI delegation was led by its President, Christina Tee, while the welcoming address on behalf of SBF was delivered by Deputy President, Datuk Philip Ting. In his remarks, Datuk Philip highlighted the importance of strengthening ties between chambers and industry organisations, particularly in fostering greater collaboration, business connectivity, and the exchange of ideas within Malaysia’s evolving economic landscape.

With over 40 participants in attendance, the evening provided a meaningful platform for dialogue, networking, and the strengthening of relationships among members of the business community. Discussions centred on opportunities for closer cooperation and stronger business linkages across sectors.

Held in a warm and cordial atmosphere, the dinner further reinforced the spirit of collaboration and mutual support between SBF and MICCI, while paving the way for stronger partnerships and future initiatives.
